Original Birth Certificate or Certificate of Naturalisation (Copy of original Birth Certificate or Certificate of Naturalisation needed for submission to the Guyana Police Force)

Finger Prints obtained from the South African Police Service (SAPS) or the Police Service in your country of residence

Original Passport

Completion of Police Certificate of Character Form. Please sign at the bottom of the Form and include the date.

Payment of R400 (for persons residing in South Africa) or US$30 (for persons residing out of South Africa) into the High Commission’s Bank Account, using the following banking details:
